Egy német biztosító társaságnál egy marketing agencyvel együttműködve belső marketing fejlesztések agile scrum teamben

Elvárások: 

- minimum 5 év NodeJS tapasztalat 

- kötelező megfelelő angol nyelvtudás, külföldi csapattal tudj együtt dolgozni

Job details:

* Employee status, you cannot come as a contractor

* Full time

* Continuous work with an indefinite end

* Mainly home office work when you are not at client meetings. Bratislava office attendance is expected once a month

* Payment: Fix + commission (complex) + laptop, phone, mobile internet, car (Skoda octavia 1.4 white station wagon)

We are looking for one sales people for eastern Slovakia.

Expectations:

* Minimum 3 years of sales experience

* We only accept hunter-type candidates, because the purpose of the position is to expand our customer base!

* Precise CRM usage

* Mid-level English

* Slovak native speaker, born in Slovakia

* Proactive, positive, decisive personality striving for solutions

* Customer-oriented approach, pleasant, kind, cheerful personality

Preference:

* Construction machinery sector experience

* Experience in the bathroom sector

* Experience in selling directly to the customer, not to a reseller

* Existing contact base

* Residence in the middle of eastern Slovakia is preferred

Duties, information:

* Our client base: Building engineering sector, mainly medium-sized enterprises, but from small sized heating installer businesses to the large corporate sector

* Acquiring new deals: 20% cold calling for new clients, 80% cross-sell, upsell on existing client base. We work with a CRM system

* Keeping in touch with existing clients, setting meetings in Eastern Slovakia

* Direct superior is the Slovak Country manager (sales manager), weekly meetings

* Unfortunately, there are no leads from marketing

* Digital skills, usage of CRM is mandatory
